DMCA & Copyright Policy

Counter-Notice

If you believe that the material removed or disabled was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information:

  • Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed (including URL before removal).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (if in the U.S.) and obligation to accept service of process from the complainant.
  • Your signature (physical or electronic).

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with DMCA safe harbor requirements, we reserve the right to terminate access to or use of the Site by any user who is a repeated infringer.

General

This policy is effective as of 30 October 2025. We may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
